Privacy, in plain terms.
This website collects personal information in two places only: the enquiry form and the column sign-up. Here is what happens to it.
The enquiry form
When you send an enquiry, your name, email address, the question you wrote and anything you add about your organisation or starting point are emailed to Scarlet Rose at The Legacy Impact Studio, and a copy is emailed to you. Scarlet uses them to reply to you and for nothing else. They are not stored on the website.
The column sign-up
When you sign up to The Undeniable, your email address is passed to Kit, the service that sends the column, which emails you to confirm before adding you to the list. Kit keeps the list and sends each new issue; nothing about subscribers is stored on this website. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link, and using it removes you from the list at once.
Where it is kept
The website runs on Cloudflare, which also delivers the enquiry emails. A bot check from Cloudflare protects the forms and may set a short-lived cookie for that purpose only. The site sets no other cookies and uses no analytics.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what is held about you, or to ask a question about any of this, email scarletrose@thelegacyimpactstudio.com. The Legacy Impact Studio is based in Perth, Western Australia, and handles personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles.
